∎ Responsible for data collection, database entry, analysis, and quality checks of project data.
∎ Monitors project activities and progress towards achieving the project output.
∎ Develops data collection tools and reporting templates.
∎ Carries out data analysis using Excel/SPSS
∎ Ensure obtaining of high-quality data from partner NGOs and field offices.
∎ Practices, promotes, and endorses the issues of safeguarding policy among the team including relevant stakeholders.
∎ Implementation of M&E tools in KOBO
∎ Frequent field visits for M&E interventions.
∎ Job Context
∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer, and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of entire human community. DAM has been contributing for the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development. Rights & Governance (R&G) is considered as one of the cross-cutting sectors of DAM dedicated toward the right-based developmental approach. R &G Sector is flourishing through its multidimensional projects & institutes based upon rights oriented causes.
∎ Under the Fight Slavery and Trafficking-In-Person (FSTIP) activity, DAM will enhance care and services for TIP and CM survivors by assisting them directly and using the referral. The project of WINROCK International which is implemented by DAM through a partnership agreement. This is a 4 years (April 2022 to March 2026) project is funded by USAID’S in Bangladesh through WINROCK International. The main objective of the project is Run victim case management systems from identification to reintegration for longterm TIP and CM victims’ reintegration. Effective implementation of national minimum standard care policy and SOPs by strengthening the capacity of governmental and NGO shelters officials, collecting feedback from survivors, and engaging ANIRBAN to create safe spaces for survivors to express their needs. Improve identification and referral mechanisms for survivors of internal and crossborder TIP and Child Marriage through strengthening referral linkages between Bangladesh service providers and their peers in destination countries. Expand sensitive, trauma-informed identification through victim identification workshop with relevant stakeholders and committees including law enforcement agencies Strengthen survivor leadership and sustainability of ANIRBAN by assisting them in registration from the government departments, recruiting them as a consultant during activity design, and linking them with survivor alliance. TIP and CM survivors and at-risk groups will be linked to education, skills training, and alternative livelihood opportunities through direct and referral support for education, skills training, and livelihood opportunities.
