• Age 25 to 40 years

• Regulate the processes that ensure babies and toddlers are primary school ready - Education Framework, Ageing out process, Safety school, Vaccination, Birth certificates for babies and NIDs for mothers
• Ensure health and wellbeing - Trauma-informed care, Regulating a healthy diet
• NC policies implementation. Provide regular training to the partner teams on key aspects of the Saving Moses NC manual.
• Program quality - Ensure NightCare program activities are delivered at the highest quality. Ensure the 5-step process is strictly followed at all the centres.
• Training - Offer capacity-building training to the partners. Provide specialized coaching when and where required with the knowledge of the concerned focal person.
• Monitoring and evaluation - Handling case management system (Zoho), annual activity plan, and other tasks as and when required by the Asia Director.
• Child Protection – Responsible for implementing child protection policy in Bangladesh. Conduct quarterly child protection training to the NC staff. All the staff must sign the child protection declaration once a year.
• Financial oversight – Conduct monthly financial audits. Assist the partners with budgeting processes.
• Staff development - Regulate and ensure the partners follow SM goal setting process to appraise the NC staff.
• Research - Assist Operations Director with research and activities related to expansion.
