Experience:
Postgraduate degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Environmental Science, or Social Sciences) with not less than 2nd division/class in any public examination.
5 years’ experience in enterprise development, youth employment, livelihood promotion, or private sector engagement.
Knowledge and understanding of green economy, sustainable enterprises, and TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) concepts.
Adequate knowledge and skills in computer applications, especially MS Office packages, digital communication tools, and flexibility to work with project management software.

Project Name: JAGORON Project
Nature of Job: Fixed Term Contract for One Year (Yearly renewable based on performance)
Project Duration: Up to the 31 December 2028
Area of Key Responsibilities:
Support design and delivery of entrepreneurship and business development training for youth, women, and other target beneficiaries.
Integrate green skills and sustainable business practices into all training modules.
Facilitate the establishment and growth of cottage, micro, small, and medium enterprises (CMSMEs) through access to finance, mentorship, business advisory services, and market information.
Strengthen linkages between emerging entrepreneurs and relevant financial and technical support institutions.
Conduct enterprise assessments and develop business support plans.
Identify and build partnerships with private sector entities for employment, internship, and supply chain integration.
Work closely with the employers and professional networks so right holders can be placed in paid internships, wage employment or self-employment.
Facilitate dialogue between communities, SMEs, and private companies to identify mutual business opportunities.
Support co-creation of inclusive business models and value chain interventions.
Monitor and document private sector engagement outcomes and best practices.
Assist in preparing detailed implementation plans, budgets, and activity reports.
Ensure timely delivery of activities according to project plans and donor requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (livelihoods, gender, M&E, etc.) for effective project delivery.
Participate in coordination meetings, field visits, and stakeholder consultations.
Collect and analyze data on enterprise development and private sector initiatives.
Prepare progress reports, case studies, and success stories.
Support monitoring and evaluation teams in data collection and learning documentation.
Take necessary actions for special assignments and additional responsibilities provided by the Line Manager
Contribute to adaptive management and scaling up of successful interventions
Adherence to the Child and Youth Safeguarding Policy & Code of Conduct and Sexual Misconduct Regulation (PSHEA) of the organization.
