Experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, or related field
Age: 45 years (as on 31.03.2026) but flexible for experienced candidates.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEAL within development projects
• Experience in urban slums, DRR, Emergency Response, WASH, Housing, Climate Change Adaptation, Women Empowerment, etc. projects
• Experience with donor-funded projects
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and documentation
• Experience with data collection tools development (e.g. Kobo Toolbox, CommCare, ODK, Excel)
• Knowledge of MEAL frameworks, logframes, and indicators settings
• Understanding of GESI and safeguarding principles
• Excellent communication skills (Bangla & English)

Caritas Bangladesh (CB), Rajshahi Region, is inviting applications from qualified candidates for immediate appointment to the following positions under the Building Resilient and Inclusive City (BRIC) project.
The details of the positions including key job responsibilities, educational qualification and other qualities /competency required for the above positions are given below for your information.
Monitoring & Data Management
• Develop and implement the project MEAL framework, indicators, and data collection tools.
• Support in conducting baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
• Ensure regular field monitoring and data quality assurance.
• Collect, analyze, and manage sex, age, and disability-disaggregated data / information.
• Maintain databases and dashboards for tracking project progress.
B. Evaluation & Learning
• Support internal and external evaluations.
• Analyze findings and generate actionable insights.
• Document best practices, lessons learned, and case studies.
• Facilitate learning sessions and adaptive management processes.
C. Accountability to project partners
• Establish and manage feedback and complaint response mechanisms (FCRM).
• Ensure community members especially women, youth, and marginalized groups for safely provide feedback.
• Track, respond to, and document complaints in a timely manner.
D. Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare high-quality monthly, quarterly, and donor reports.
• Ensure data visualization and clear presentation of findings.
• Support proposal development with relevant data and evidence.
E. Gender, Inclusion & Safeguarding
• Integrate gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) into MEAL systems.
• Ensure safe, ethical, and confidential data collection practices.
• Support safeguarding monitoring and reporting (including PSEA compliance).
Capacity Building & Coordination
• Train project staff and community volunteers on data collection and MEAL tools.
• Coordinate with project team, partners, and stakeholders for data sharing and learning.
• Ensure alignment with donor requirements (e.g., Climate Bridge Fund, BRAC standards).
• Ensure proper visibility and representation of project activities within the project area.
Salary: BDT 40,000 (Consolidated) per month.
