∎ PROGRAM MANAGER - MENTAL HEALTH CARE PRACTICES GENDER AND PROTECTION (MHCPGP) will be responsible for providing technical support to the whole team to carry out MHCPGP activities and proper follow up. In addition, will manage the MENTAL HEALTH CARE PRACTICE GENDER AND PROTECTION project staffs, organize assessments, ensure the reporting and make sure that program objectives are met by defining MHCPGP activities, continuing them in refugee camps, host communities and into the national health care system in all bases and camps where Action against Hunger | Action Contre la Faim actively participates

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying out mental health care practice through exploring new scopes, working with external stakeholders as well as studying and analyzing care practices, mental and psychosocial support. Similarly, raise and handle concerns related to health and protection of the targeted population and linking the findings with existing country strategy.
∎ Managing and strengthening mental health childcare practices and protection activities in the refugee camps, refugee settlements, host communities and into the national health care systems. Also translating and enforcing project implementation methodology, recruiting and training the psychosocial team, setting up sufficient curriculum of trainings. Besides, ensuring continuous supervision, contributing to the definition of new modalities.
∎ Participating in internal/external coordination by ensure timely reporting on programs through developing protocol for Monitoring and Evaluation. Also, conducting specific research on Care Practices, Mental Health Psycho-Social Support and protection. In addition, following the validated protocols, ensuring harmony and usage of database, preparing donor, monthly and situational programmatic reports etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 (four) years of work experience in project management, M & E and protection fields of which at least 1 (one) year should be in team management, humanitarian organization.
∎ Experience in managing and implementing humanitarian or emergency projects
∎ Demonstrable experience of working on child development and gender sensitivity.
∎ Project management experience in complex emergency contexts
∎ Experience of managing/supervising staff;
∎ Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Salary:
∎ Gross monthly Salary BDT 1,31,000/;

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year;
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary;
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year vary from performants.
∎ End of Contract Benefits - as per policy.

∎ 18 days Of paid annual leaves per year
