Experience:
Master’s degree in any discipline. Master’s in social science or related field from recognized university.
Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of working experience in program/ project management in the development sector.

Experience in coordinator and networking with government. line departments especially in health & FP, platforms or different institutions.
Excellent written and oral language skill both in English and Bangla.

There is a vacancy for the following contractual position under the Community Health and Development Program (CHDP).
Job Summary:The Coordinator of Project Development and Quality Control provides strategic leadership and oversight for all CHDP projects of LAMB. The role ensures project design, effective implementation, and compliance with donor and organizational standards. Key responsibilities include CHDP program planning, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation (MEAL), and resource mobilization through proposal development. S/he fosters innovation, partnerships, and staff capacity building to deliver inclusive, sustainable, and impactful projects in CHDP that are aligned with LAMB’s mission and community needs.
The Coordinator is authorized to perform the following functions in line with LAMB policies, procedures, and approved delegation matrix.
Program Planning, Management & Quality Assurance
Lead strategic program planning, design, and annual workplan development.
Ensure effective implementation of all CHDP projects in line with approved plans and budgets.
Oversee quality assurance mechanisms across all interventions designed in the projects.
Apply adaptive management based on monitoring data, field feedback, and emerging needs.
Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational standards of all CHDP projects.
Supervise and mentor project teams to enhance performance and accountability.
Promote integration and harmonization across projects.
Knowledge Management & Capacity Development
Establish and maintain knowledge management and documentation systems.
Facilitate training, mentoring, and technical support to staff, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
Promote organizational learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance reviews and support staff development plans.
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership
Maintain strong coordination with government agencies, NGOs, donors, and community stakeholders.
Represent CHDP programs in relevant forums and coordination meetings.
Support development of strategic partnerships for program effectiveness and sustainability.
Facilitate community engagement and participation processes.
Financial Management & Compliance
Oversee budget monitoring, utilization, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with donor regulations and internal financial policies.
Coordinate with finance team for timely financial reporting.
Strengthen internal control systems and risk management.
Reporting, Documentation & Resource Mobilization
Ensure timely submission of accurate, high-quality program reports.
Capture and document best practices, lessons learned, and program outcomes.
Contribute to proposal writing, concept note development, and fundraising efforts.
Work closely with communications teams to produce visibility materials and share success stories.
