Experience:
Master’s degree in any discipline but MPH will be given preference.
Candidates should have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in health focused development projects, including at least 5 years of experience in grant funded projects.
Experienced with SRHR focused program design and implementation.
Sound knowledge of best practices, approaches, and methodologies related to SRHR training is essential.
Applicants should have good computer knowledge, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential, as well as the ability to produce quality reports.
A valid motorcycle driving license is required.

There are vacancies for the following contractual positions under the Community Health and Development Program (CHDP) for Supportive Adolescent and Youth (SAY) SRHR Health Systems Project.
Job Summary: The Technical Coordinator-SRHR is responsible to take the lead role to implement the activities related to SRHR for achieving the project outcomes and she will focus on the capacity building of community groups/institutions to engage in advocacy with local govt. on SRH services needs and rights. Project will contribute to enabling adolescent and youth including women to realize their Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) and freedom from Gender Based Violence (GBV) and abuse as well. And she will support to the team members to empower adolescent, youth and women to lead advocacy and behavior change campaigns on SRHR and GBV. She will be developing an implementation strategy guided by a project document for achieving project immediate outcomes relating to SRHR. She will also be responsible for day-to-day coordination with stakeholders to engage with project activity and will provide support to project staff members where necessary to work for strengthening SRH services for target communities. She will be the key personnel to build the capacity of project staff and key stakeholders on SRHR. She will collaborate with the program teams in reviewing and preparing monthly, quarterly and final narrative and financial donors’ reports. The incumbent will also ensure the use of appropriate tools and processes at all stages of the project.
Program Management Support
Support to management implementing SRHR interventions including design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
Make support in inclusion analysis with the ability to identify and address barriers faced by marginalized groups in relating to SRHR
Support to management doing collaboration and networking with the stakeholders relevant to the SRHR from public and private sector.
Program implementation
Ensure basic services and information by strengthening community groups including PIs, CHW and other community health committees and adolescent groups.
Support on conducting community sensitization and SRHR advocacy to duty bearers to community groups.
Collaborate with program teams to ensure gender-sensitive SRHR approaches are incorporated in activities and events.
Provide basic technical assistance to community groups for accessing adolescent friendly SRH services.
Maintain close collaboration with project staffs and stakeholders to identify gaps and coordination-related requirements in the implementation of the project initiatives.
Track and report on progress of SRHR activities in line with project goals and donor requirements.
Assist in documenting lessons learned and best practices related to SRHR related activities of project.
Capacity Building
Identify training needs in regard to SRHR for project team members and support to build their capacity.
Coordinate and deliver capacity building initiatives for community groups including PIs, CHWs to provide SRHR services.
Communication, Reporting and Documentation
Support Project Manager in reviewing donor reports to ensure high quality reports are submitted on time for SAY SRHR project.
Assist program development/Grants Management in establishing log frames, for drafting donor project proposals as well as throughout the project implementation.
Review and analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly reports with the Project Manager to identify the causes of
potential bottlenecks in project implementation and to enhance quality of reporting relating to SRHR interventions.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the project’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure guided by central safeguarding focal of organization in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Salary: Tk. 53,618 per month gross salary, inclusive all benefits. Other benefits include provident fund & festival allowance once per year.
