Job Context:
∎ Dependable Solutions, Inc. develops integrated consumer product licensing systems used by licensees, licensors, and agents in the licensing industry. Our Web based application is a cradle to grave solution that includes contract management, financial transactions, royalty management, and asset management. We also develop an entertainment licensing solution.
∎ The role of the Program Manager is to oversee the scheduling of the software development team (eight developers) as well as the execution of projects to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ REPORTS TO: Quality Assurance Manager
∎ LOCATION: Remote (Headquarters in USA, California, Los Angeles)
∎ TELECOMMUTE: Exclusively
∎ HOURS: Flexible (Night hours will be required to sync with Pacific Time based employees)
∎ TERM: Full time - 40 hours / week
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with Director of Software Development
∎ Act as liaison between the development and quality assurance teams
∎ Coordinate development schedule according to priorities established by the Director of Client Services
∎ Ensure development efforts are documented and effort spent is recorded appropriately
∎ Track progress on all development tasks
∎ Organize development project pipeline
∎ Participate in relevant company calls
∎ Develop and deliver reconciliation report outlining development efforts to company leadership
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent English, written and spoken
∎ Two to three years of experience in Software Project Management
∎ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail while handling parallel priorities
∎ High degree of flexibility when accommodating shifting priorities
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
∎ Experience with Microsoft Project
∎ Experience with Azure DevOps/JIRA - Or Similar
∎ Experience with Dynamics 365
