Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Population Sciences, or a related field.
Strong proven track record as a trainer in SRHR, FP, or MNCH sectors – this will be given highest priority.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in training and capacity-building roles.
Demonstrated skills in participatory training methods, facilitation, and mentoring.
Experience in partnership management with NGOs, government, and community organizations.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills in Bangla and English.
Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently within project areas.
Job Context: The organization is launching a 5-years project titled “Health System Resiliency for Improved SRHR in Bangladesh,” aimed at strengthening sexual and reproductive health, family planning, and nutrition services in urban areas of Chittagong. The Program Implementation & Training Coordinator will play a key role in leading field implementation, capacity building, and training activities, ensuring quality service delivery through close coordination with local partners, government stakeholders, and community groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and oversee project activities in Chittagong’s city corporation and slum communities.
Lead and conduct high-quality trainings on SRHR, family planning, maternal and newborn health, nutrition, and gender-responsive services.
Develop and adapt training modules, manuals, and IEC/SBCC materials as per project needs.
Supervise and mentor project staff, outreach workers, and field supervisors to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill building.
Maintain close coordination with partner organizations for smooth program implementation.
Monitor training outcomes and field activities, ensuring quality and timely reporting.
Support capacity development of service providers at facility and community levels.
Ensure interventions are adolescent-friendly, gender-responsive, and culturally sensitive.
Collaborate with government health facilities, local stakeholders, and community leaders.
