Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in Social Sciences, preferably in Sociology, Anthropology, Development Studies, International Relations, Political Science and/or MBA in Project Management with Social Sciences background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development research plans and field-level interventions
∎ Planning and coordination of a program and its activities
∎ Conduct field research (qualitative/quantitative);
∎ Data analysis and report writing
∎ Communications with relevant organisations and research/program team/s;
∎ Preparation for program interventions in the field;
∎ Supervision of research/program activities;
∎ Local/ international travels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Honest & accountable;
∎ Strong understanding on social projects and research techniques;
∎ Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions;
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience in national/international NGOs with field level experience;
∎ Excellent written & spoken in both English and Bengali; and good communication skills;
∎ Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda;
∎ Computer literacy, comfortable with basic MS office;
∎ Capacity to work effectively in multi-cultural environment;
∎ Understanding of programs related to underprivileged children;
∎ Proactive information gathering skills;
∎ Desk (50%) and field (50%) job responsibilities
