Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the children with love and affection inside and outside of the academy.
∎ Maintain the standard and policies set by the organization as well as other national and international child rights policies.
∎ Teaching children of class 1-3 and guiding properly for academic progress.
∎ Planning and implementing co-curriculum activities and maintain sports and musical equipment of children.
∎ Respond to housekeeping instructions from the management in a timely, efficient and friendly manner.
∎ Assisting dormitory supervisor in the operations of children dormitory.
∎ Maintain and supervise cleanliness of children's cloths, rooms, dining and compound area of the children dormitory.
∎ Performing daily/weekly bazar according to roster.
∎ Participate in trainings and workshops arranged by the organization.
∎ Update and report to manager on the status of dormitory and other activities.
∎ Preparing documents as per the requirement of the authority.
∎ Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
∎ Respond to inquiries & perform other related duties as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
∎ Have the mentality to work with the underprivileged children of the society.
∎ Willing to work as a residential staff on roster basis.
∎ Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
