Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master's Degree in any discipline.
∎ A Bachelor or Master's degree in the respective subject is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create weekly/monthly lesson plans and teaching materials.
∎ Conduct classes efficiently and effectively.
∎ Assign and grade classwork and homework.
∎ Ensure self-attendance as well as student attendance at class on time.
∎ Review lessons or lectures with students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups.
∎ Supervise students in class, between classes, and during recreation periods.
∎ Take special tests, weekly/monthly tests, half-yearly and annual exams , evaluate question answers and prepare progress reports to keep the management updated on the development of students.
∎ Take extra care of weak students who need special help or are struggling with a concept.
∎ Collaborating with other teachers to identify students' issues and recommend solutions.
∎ Keep relationships with relevant staff of the Academy to discuss students' growth or critical problems.
∎ Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with students, parents, and other professionals.
∎ Implement the day-to-day program under the direction of the Principal/ Senior teacher.
∎ Manage and maintain proper uses of equipment and study materials for online classes.
∎ Build a trusting relationship with students and other staff.
∎ Teach Basic English skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
∎ Participate in relevant meetings with management, staff, and parents.
∎ Participate in trainings and workshops arranged by the organization.
∎ Guide and help students in Co-curricular activities.
∎ Prepare documents as per the requirement of the management.
∎ Respond to official instructions from the management in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.
∎ Carrying out other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Ability to teach using online platforms.
∎ Excellent grasp of the subject, both theoretically and practically.
∎ Excellent communication skills and passion for teaching.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
∎ High level of Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
∎ Need to be child friendly.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively to meet the deadline.
