Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in Social Sciences or Humanities, preferably in Sociology, Anthropology, Development Studies, International Relations, Political Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate field-level programs and national activities of the organization
∎ Organize and conduct open-sky schools (OSS) with underprivileged children
∎ Communications with relevant organizations and actors
∎ Develop and Implement capacity building plans OSS educators.
∎ Writing field reports and communicate with the management regularly
∎ Rescue at-risk children from anywhere and anytime on the basis of the need
∎ Implement other field-level interventions of the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong understanding on social projects and research techniques
∎ Excellent written & spoken skill in both English and Bengali; good communication skills
∎ Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
∎ Computer literacy, comfortable with basic MS office
∎ Capacity to work effectively in multi-cultural environment
∎ Understanding of programs related to underprivileged children
∎ Proactive information gathering skills
∎ Extensive Field work
