∎ Summary:
∎ We are extending contract-based website design and development projects to proficient web developers and/or firms. Two categories are available: Publishing Websites and Directories. Each category requires building multiple websites, ensuring quality back-end development, integrating payment gateways, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards. Compensation is negotiable. Interested parties are invited to submit expressions of interest along with CV/organizational profiles. Only short-listed candidates will be considered. We discourage unrealistic budget negotiations.

∎ Details:
∎ We are providing web design and development projects fully on a contractual basis to interested professional web developers and/or firms.Interested web developers and/or firms must develop websites in either one or two categories based on their expertise.
∎ Category One: Publishing websitesSuccessfully design and develop state-of-the-art publishing websites like MDPI (https://www.mdpi.com/), Hindawi (https://www.hindawi.com), and Sage Journals (https://journals.sagepub.com) with necessary sub-domains like www.journals.sagepub.com.
∎ Number of websites: 6
∎ You can take on all the projects or a minimum of two as per your time commitments. These are simple multipage websites with a number of sub-domains for each website. All websites are almost equal, except for some changes in the design of each website. So, once you develop a website, you can finish the development of the remaining suites very easily because all the websites are almost similar. Although the examples that we gave here contain a lot of content, our new websites will contain the new content only, with at most 100 articles per site. So, it is not as loaded as is present in the example websites. You will not need to upload contents for archives. However, you have to develop the framework and publish at least two or three issues under each sub-domain of a website.
∎ Category Two: Directories
∎ Successfully design and develop world-class directory websites like JSTOR (https://www.jstor.org/), Oxford ORA ( https://ora.ox.ac.uk/), DOAJ (https://doaj.org/), and ORCID (https://orcid.org/).Number of directories: 10You can take on all the projects or a minimum of two as per your time commitments. ∎ Other terms and conditions
∎ Design visually appealing interfaces with CSS, Laravel, and JavaScript frameworks.
∎ Back-End Development: Build server-side logic and integrate third-party services. We will not compromise regarding the quality of back-end work.
∎ Developing an online journal management system where each author and the editor will have a dashboard. Through this online journal management system, authors will be able to see the status of their papers and also update their profile. Similarly, the journal editor will be able to manage the submitted papers.
∎ Payment Gateway Integration: Install and configure payment gateway links on websites. Ensure seamless integration, troubleshoot issues, update software, and comply with security standards.
∎ Meet the deadline: You must meet the deadline to successfully hand over the developed websites to our IT department.
∎ No compromise regarding quality: We will pay only if we are satisfied with the developed sites. You must host the website on the internet for a number of days and prove that the site is okay from all dimensions.
∎ No advance payment will be given to interested professional web developers or firms.
∎ No hosting or web maintenance request from the interested web developer will be entertained. We will purchase hosting and domains, and we will maintain them ourselves.
∎ Compensation: Negotiable
∎ Special Note: We will be happy to give the projects to one or two professional firms or web developers who can successfully design, develop, and handover the projects.
