• Strong knowledge of dyeing machinery, chemicals, process parameters, and quality control standards.

• Proven experience in managing shift production with the ability to lead teams effectively.

• Familiarity with sustainability practices related to chemical use and water conservation in textile wet processing.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Knowledge of ISO and environmental standards related to textile dyeing.

• Experience with ERP or production management software.

• Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation.

The Production Wet Process - Dyeing (Shifting) Officer will be responsible for overseeing the entire dyeing process during assigned shifts, ensuring production targets are met with optimum quality and efficiency. The officer will monitor dyeing progress, shade consistency, and resource utilization, while enforcing safety and sustainability standards.

• Plan and execute garment dyeing operations according to daily production schedules to meet deadlines.

• Monitor dyeing progress continuously, ensuring accurate shade matching and consistent product quality across batches.

• Supervise and guide machine operators and shift staff to maintain smooth production flow and adherence to process standards.

• Efficiently allocate machinery and manpower resources to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

• Implement chemical management practices to reduce waste and control water consumption, aligning with company sustainability policies.

• Maintain accurate and detailed shift-wise production reports and documentation for performance tracking and analysis.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols by enforcing the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Identify process inefficiencies or potential issues and take corrective actions proactively.

• Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance departments for timely problem resolution and continuous improvement.
