Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Engineering/ Diploma in Textile from a recognized University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities to ensure the maximum output of Production with highest quality with Raw materials analysis and take step for future use.
∎ To direct plant production operations and process which minimize manufacturing cost through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, raw materials and capital.
∎ To set production goal and objective and achieving those.
∎ Managing, Coordinating & Motivating Production team to achieve production target.
∎ Raw materials analysis, fuel and spare parts inventories are optimized.
∎ Develop and adjustment of new design setting.
∎ Planning production schedule and take necessary steps to complete schedule work in time.
∎ Overseeing the production controlling and production quality.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned/approved by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge in textile/production from any large Industry
∎ Pro-active, enthusiastic & result oriented
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
