Job Responsibilities:
∎ The persons will be required to look after and oversees the production of a particular area of an exclusive Garments/ textiles manufacturing factory. The incumbent should have the hands-on experience in the following functions:
∎ Ensure smooth execution of apparels production in the particular area of the factory as per the buyer's specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Responsible for the quality of the garments and providing necessary guidelines
∎ Coordinate with Cutting, Sewing and Finishing department
∎ Take the ownership to achieve the goal and accomplishing the job target.
∎ Make production plans on regular basis and implement to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of shipment.
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.
∎ Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations (processes) to complete the sewing.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the cutting inputs, trims & accessories are arranged well in advance.
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity of operators in accordance with the IE requirements.
∎ Monitor the finishing processes and give necessary guidelines/ support to meet the shipment schedule and to check finishing-quality related issues.
∎ Responsible for general administration and co-ordination in recruitment of workers and management employees under him.

∎ Age 30 to 60 years

∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally Accepted quality requirements/procedures and ensure that those requirements are met
