∎ Good sampling before production.
∎ Invent new techniques to easier production or reducing manpower.
∎ Train, motivate & drive sewing team ultimate efficiency/ goal.
∎ Perform task assigned by management.
∎ Producing quality Garments.
∎ Making sure line input quantity & output quantity same.
