Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure daily RM PM floor stock before the start of the shift and FG stock before the start of the shift and FG stock / Delivery and collect related records and help PI to maintain IT.
∎ Ensure proper batch coding after communicating with QA and rewinding machine operator.
∎ Ensure proper process flow by communicating with operator and helpers.
∎ Arrange immediate support when there is any machine breakdown.
∎ Record and maintain primary HR works for the plant.
∎ Co-ordinate with the other shift in-charge during multiple shifts.
∎ Arrange and maintain proper documentation of RM/PM receiving, FG stock and delivery (SAP Reservation, BMR gate pass, VAT Invoice etc.
