Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors Limited provides complete farm mechanization solutions to farmers by offering a wide range of agriculture machinery - Tractor, Power tiller, Diesel Engine, Reaper, Combine Harvester, Rice Transplanter, Commercial Vehicle, and Construction Machineries.
∎ Selected candidate(s) will be required to serve the factory`s production issues staying near the factory area.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily production reports.
∎ Minimize wastage in terms of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
∎ Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
∎ Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
∎ Maintain the highest standard of quality and skill development on the floor.
∎ Ensure maximum efficiency of current manpower.
∎ Ensure that staff complies with health, safety, and standard operating procedures.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ 5+ years' experience of working as a Production Supervisor or other similar position.
∎ Proven experience as a painter in the relevant industry preferred.
∎ Profound experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver.
