Proficient in MS Office.
Knowledge of battery production processes & safety standards.
Ability to monitor and improve production KPIs.
Strong problem-solving & root cause analysis skills.
Workforce management & team development ability.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve daily production targets in line with the approved production plan.
Ensure timely issuance and availability of Manufacturing Orders (MO) and required materials.
Arrange and conduct regular training sessions for subordinates to enhance skill and competency.
Ensure strict compliance with quality standards to deliver defect-free products.
Implement and maintain 5S practices in all daily activities.
Drive defect reduction by applying the Zero Defect Policy and root cause analysis.
Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and energy resources.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of hazardous materials (lead, acid, etc.).
Monitor production KPIs (output, efficiency, rejection rate, downtime) and take corrective actions where required.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance to ensure smooth production flow.
Maintain discipline, motivation, and accountability within the team.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean practices) to reduce waste and increase productivity
