Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong background in the apparel industry, significant experience in garment manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, proficiency in production planning and scheduling, quality control knowledge, and the ability to manage large teams while meeting production deadlines and ensuring compliance with industry standards
∎ Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, in-depth knowledge of quality control methods, experience with inspection procedures, excellent communication skills, analytical abilities to identify and solve quality issues, and the capacity to lead a quality control team, ensuring products meet customer specifications and industry standards throughout the production cycle.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi tasking skill.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computer job.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning & it's SOP
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Need to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning
∎ Need to monitor and control all production processes in the sewing/cutting/finishing section.
∎ Good knowledge in Pattern making and correction.
∎ Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.
