Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in Poultry Science / B.Sc (Hons) in Animal Husbandry from any reputed public university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising, monitoring & follow-up the poultry breeding farm & hatchery .
∎ Execute & analyze necessary physical tests of materials
∎ To prepare vaccination schedule.
∎ To prepare feed formulation
∎ Always ensure good quality ingredients for feed production
∎ Evaluate and improve efficiency and effectiveness of existing quality control system
∎ Assist the team leader in developing required training modules and material to increase productivity and quality control.
∎ To know about environment control shed management & operation
∎ Plan and supervise day to day production activities.
∎ Always maintain strict bio-security measures and ensure disinfected environment
∎ Ensure proper documentations as per requirement of ISO 9001:2015 (QMS).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Positive, self-motivated, honest, dedicated & possessing good memory.
∎ Capable to work under Pressure
∎ Know basic knowledge of computer.
∎ Experience is preferable in the breading poultry farm & hatchery management/ Operation.
