Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors' products, prices, features and promotional activities.
∎ Communicate with respective area In-Charge/sales personnel and hand over the matured parties to complete further proceedings for selling.
∎ Evaluating & selecting proper dealers to increase sales.
∎ Achieve sales target, order & collection.
∎ Create new area/ market development.
∎ Handle customers complains and support to them carefully; maintain a database of all complains and submit report regarding all customers complains to the supervisor.
∎ Build a strong relationship and keep in touch with the retailers.
∎ Any other related assignment given by the superiors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 03 years' experience in the same position.
∎ The applicants must have experiences in the poultry feed & chicks marketing.
∎ Excellent communication & coordination skills.
∎ Should be honest, energetic, hardworking and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain tight deadlines.
∎ Strong communication in both English and Bangla.
