∎ Designation- Production Officer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all activities from cutting to shipment and coordination with cutting, Embroidery, sewing, packing, maintenance, store, merchandising team for smooth operation of production.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.
∎ Ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit given time-frame.
∎ Direct and control the day to day operation of production process & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Good knowledge on pattern and marker, technically problem solving ability with required quality standard.
∎ Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve
∎ Check lay out plan to achieve maximum production.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
∎ Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise with quality at everywhere.
∎ Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.
∎ Establish effective communication with cutting and finishing &quality team responsible personnel to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.
∎ Ensure cost reducing by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra working hour.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Following the operator's performance;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 8 to 10 Years working experience in related job.
Salary: Negotiable
