∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Cutting), Production Management (Sewing), Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keen knowledge about operation breakdown or machine layout
∎ Must have knowledge about SMV, Efficiency.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material for higher productivity
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that the production output as per the desire limit.
∎ Ability to ensure Quick Changeover
∎ Analyze and assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production
∎ Improvement of existing products using optimized level of Raw material

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good command of quality control processes.

Salary: Negotiable
