Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Pharm/ BSc in Chemical Technical/ BSc in Applied Chemistry with minimum 3.00 CGPA from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in planning, managing and executing production / QC process.
∎ To ensure implementation of daily production requirement / QC issues.
∎ To ensure quality of the products as per set-standard.
∎ To prepare daily production report and submit to Shift In-Charge.
∎ To ensure safety and security of production floor.
∎ To ensure resolving technical problem during production with the direction of the supervisor.
∎ To ensure proper use of raw materials in the production process.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ To release finished products.
∎ To assist Head of Quality Assurance in maintaining total process assurance.
∎ Reduce the time of analysis and testing of finished products and raw materials by developing technical methods and also preparing alternative method in a cost effective way.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Atleast 1 year Experienced in Pharma industry.
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, excel and power point) is a must.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
∎ Fluent English in speaking, writing and listening is a must.
∎ Active and positive working attitudes are one of the main requirements for the job opening.
∎ Strong problem solving skills.
∎ Proficient in MS office package along with good command on internet is must.
∎ Should be good communication skill in both English and Bangla Language.
