• Candidate having knowledge in LT, HT cable production & process will get preference.

• Supervise daily production activities of Cable, Super Enamel Wire and Brass products at Walton Cables.

• Prepare and execute machine-wise and shift-wise production plans to achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Allocate machine-wise manpower efficiently to ensure maximum productivity and balanced workflow.

• Monitor hourly production targets, identify gaps, and take immediate corrective actions.

• Maintain shift-wise production reports, including output, rejection, downtime and material consumption.

• Ensure smooth shift handover by communicating production status, quality issues and pending work to the next supervisor.

• Reduce production wastage and rejection through close monitoring and process improvement.

• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality Assurance departments to minimize breakdowns and ensure product compliance with standards.

• Enforce safety rules, SOPs, and 5S practices on the shop floor to maintain a safe working environment.

• Train operators on machine operation, quality awareness, and safety procedures.
