Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making production (washing) recipe in accordance to fabric and technical requirement.
∎ Manage the production schedules and work distribution & ensure maximum efficiency.
∎ Taking the responsibility of production and setting production target.
∎ Optimization of productivity.
∎ Making daily production and delivery report and KPI as per management requirement.
∎ Utilization of resources/machineries at optimum level.
∎ Ensuring quality from beginning and reducing re-work and rejection.
∎ Correspondence ability with buyers for any Wash including Technical & Risk assessment related issues.
∎ Inventory management of chemicals & it's safety and understanding of sustainability.
∎ Look after schedule maintenance.
∎ Monitor and guide team members for achieving target and make KPIs.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Any other duties assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Clear knowledge on production Layout, Target, Efficiency & Dry Processes.
∎ Capability to handle total production process.
∎ Leadership attitude and capability to manage a team.
∎ Can adopt the technique to increase productivity without negotiating the quality.
∎ knowledge on computer (MS Excel, MS Word, E-mail).
∎ Experience preferred in Denim Washing & Over Dyeing.
∎ Good organizational skills.
∎ Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff.
∎ Good judgment and decision-making ability.
∎ Support team to reach common goals.
