∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial & Production Engineering, Manufacturing (Light Engineering Heavy Industry), Production Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and manufacturing of Transmission Tower, Gantry Structure and Pole fittings
∎ Providing complete Bill of Materials (BOM) of Transmission Tower, Gantry Structures and pole fittings from Drawings/ Designs
∎ Clarify the whole BOM, drawing and specifications of Transmission Tower, Gantry Structure and pole fittings to both the Management and the Production Team
∎ Providing in-depth analysis and possible development in manufacturing for the above mentioned items for future projects.
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules.
∎ Designing the Bill of Materials for a full project before going to production.
∎ Assessing project and resource requirements.
∎ Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
∎ Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production stuff.
∎ Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
∎ Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
∎ Determining quality control standards.
∎ Overseeing production processes.
∎ Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
∎ Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
∎ Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
∎ Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
∎ Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team.
∎ Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
∎ Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff.
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
∎ Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales stuff.
∎ Supervising and managing the work of junior staff.
∎ Organizing relevant training sessions.
