∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 5 years sportswear related working experience as a manager.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team·
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection·
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English·
∎ Proficient in English will be considered as an advantage.
∎ Should have good knowledge on MS Office Package.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently·
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Possess in-depth knowledge of sportswear erection techniques, including sewing methods, finishing processes, and specific requirements for different sportswear categories.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in sportswear manufacturing.
∎ Analyze production orders and create detailed production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
∎ Allocate resources (labor, machinery, materials) efficiently across production lines.
∎ Monitor production progress against the schedule and identify potential bottlenecks.
∎ Establish and enforce strict quality standards for sportswear production, including fabric inspection, stitching accuracy, and finishing details.
∎ Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process to identify and rectify defects.
∎ Collaborate with the quality control team to implement corrective actions when necessary.
∎ Supervise and motivate production line supervisors and workers to achieve production targets.
∎ Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of sportswear production.
∎ Address labor issues and maintain a positive working environment.
∎ Monitor inventory levels of fabrics, trims, and other materials required for sportswear production.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain quality standards.
∎ Manage fabric cutting and pattern optimization to minimize waste.
∎ Analyze production costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
∎ Monitor labor hours, material usage, and overhead expenses to stay within budget.
∎ Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
∎ Collaborate closely with design teams to translate design concepts into production-ready specifications.
∎ Maintain proper communication with other departments to ensure production aligns with business goals.
∎ Address concerns and resolve issues with suppliers and customers promptly.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
