Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report production head about daily & total production status according to order and style.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To check lay out plan in order to achieve maximum production.
∎ Collect the sample & order sheet accordingly.
∎ Check the status of accessories and ensure the inventory is done.
∎ Make the schedule of pattern test & gold seal sample before final planning.
∎ Give the plan to respective floor in charges within the time frame of each month.
∎ Carry out pre-production meeting with all related person and record it in the format.
∎ Order for Pattern testing by making sample before as per the plan expedite so that the process loss in printing & embroidery can be minimized.
∎ Get the pattern test report check by QCM & ensure order for trial cutting as soon as possible.
∎ Check the bulk production at random to ensure good quality.
∎ Share the quality arrangement with QCM & instruct if there is any adjustment or not.
∎ Share the critical process in sewing, id need, demonstrate the operation to the operators.
∎ If there is any printing and/ or embroidery, arrange the collection of the goods from printing without delay.
∎ Ensure check goods are going to finishing without any defect.
∎ To prepare production schedule in collaboration with the merchandising department.
∎ To monitor and control all production process in sewing/cutting/finishing section.
∎ To monitor production target every hour of a day.
∎ Pack the goods by the finishing in-charge as per schedule.
∎ Offer for final inspection.
∎ Remain present in final inspection.
∎ Ensure it is shipped without any problem.
∎ If there is any repeat order, preserve the sample & docs for reference.
∎ Accompany any buyer/visitor coming to the floor.
∎ Leave the worker before lunch as per lunch time also checks the late comers after lunch.
∎ Instruct the concerned staff about the next day’s input requirement.
∎ Check the OT requirement sheet and justify OT sheet before signature.
∎ To follow the principle of cost minimizing.
∎ Ensure the good quality of the products.
∎ Help Compliance & Welfare officer to organize the system.
∎ Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 3 years in Production Manager, (Sewing) Position.
∎ Should have experience in Garments.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Sewing Department.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and motivate team of workers & staffs.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Strong production leadership with problems solving skills.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
