Experience:
1) Must check the daily production plan and give proper instructions to the concerned production team to work according to the plan.
2) Must monitor the production every hour and sign the report. 3) If any problem arises in the line for the production target or if the target is not met, it should be resolved quickly by discussing with the I.E Officer/In-Charge. If the problem cannot be resolved, then the Honorable Deputy General Manager should be informed to take necessary steps.
4) Whether all types of trims/accessories are sufficient for the input and the relevant garment style in the line, if not, then the Honorable Deputy General Manager should be informed.
5) Must meet the daily target and if the target is not met for any operation, importance should be given there.
6) Check if there is any WIP/bottleneck in the line and keep the production speed at a tolerable level.
7) If any defective garments are found in any process and quality table in the line, then they should be corrected immediately.
8) If any machine breaks down during production, then the line mechanic should be informed immediately and if necessary, the machine should be changed.
9) If anyone has any complaint on the line during production or if your associates do not work as per your instructions, then the matter should be reported to the Honorable Deputy General Manager for resolution and if he fails to resolve it, then the matter should be reported in writing to the Honorable Director.
10) Work according to the production plan and prepare for the next style.
11) Check with the store whether there is the necessary material for the next garment style and contact the cutting to collect samples for the next style.
12) Arrange with the mechanic in charge whether the machine guide, folder and special machine are required for the next style.
13) If any additional operator/helper is required, then inform the human resources department.
14) Contact the washing section to know if there are washing instructions.
15) Contact the finishing section daily and find out if there is any problem in your work, if any, then solve it quickly.
