∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing or equivalent (preferred).Or Graduation from any discipline (if have vast experience).Technical Skills
∎ Sound knowledge of sewing machine functions, attachments, and troubleshooting.
∎ Experience in handling high fashion and basic woven shirts for global buyers (e.g., H&M, M&S, GAP, Zara, etc.).
∎ Familiarity with production planning software, efficiency monitoring tools, and reporting formats.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute the production plan in coordination with the Planning and Merchandising departments.
∎ Ensure timely input and output of garments as per shipment schedule.
∎ Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
∎ Supervise line setup, WIP control, line balancing, and output monitoring.
∎ Ensure proper line layout, work aids, and technical guidance to enhance operator efficiency.
∎ Monitor hourly/daily production and take corrective actions to overcome bottlenecks.
∎ Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and other industrial engineering tools to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
∎ Analyze downtime, rejection rates, and develop countermeasures for continuous improvement.
∎ Collaborate with the IE department to analyze efficiency reports and boost line performance.
∎ Ensure adherence to quality standards and take preventive measures to minimize defects.
∎ Work closely with the QA/QC team to ensure product quality at every stage of sewing.
∎ Ensure proper training and monitoring to improve operator skill and output quality.
∎ Lead, guide, and motivate supervisors, line chiefs, and sewing operators.
∎ Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
∎ Ensure discipline, safety, and compliance within the sewing section.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production and efficiency reports.
∎ Coordinate with cutting, finishing, IE, QA, and maintenance departments to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Provide real-time updates to management regarding any production challenges or delays.

∎ To manage and ensure the smooth operation of the entire sewing floor for woven tops/shirts, focusing on productivity, quality, efficiency, and timely delivery in accordance with buyer requirements, We are looking a dynamic and responsible "Production Manager” for our Paramount Green Garments Ltd. which is a sister concern of Paramount Group.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Planning & Execution:
∎ Execute the production plan in coordination with the Planning and Merchandising departments.
