Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineering or, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Manufacturing Cost Analysis, Production planning
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Trims and Accessories, Offset printing and packaging, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments Accessories, Packaging Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to handle production most efficiently with planning and optimum quality.
∎ Capable to prepare Production Plan as per shipment schedule
∎ Capable of efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
∎ Should have knowledge of modern machinery and equipment.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of production quality.
∎ Checking line layout & operational breakdown.
∎ Follow up and make sure the availability of required machines, attachments and manpower on time as style feeding plan.
∎ Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and product specifications.
∎ Allocate resources, including machinery, materials, and labor, to ensure smooth production.
∎ Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure the printed materials and trim items meet industry standards and client expectations.
∎ Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
∎ Oversee maintenance schedules for printing equipment and other machinery to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
∎ Ensure safety protocols are followed during machine operation.
∎ Train, and supervise production staff, including machine operators, technicians, and quality control personnel.
∎ Manage production budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
∎ Generate regular reports for senior management on production performance and areas for improvement.
∎ Implement best practices and new technologies to stay competitive in the industry.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Proven Experience to work in a same position at least 5 years.
∎ Deep understanding about product .
∎ Interpersonal skill.
∎ Team building capability.
∎ Strong communication and reporting skill both in English & Bengali.
∎ Respectful & Cordial approach with colleagues, subordinate & seniors.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Computer Operating skill in Microsoft Office specially Word, Excel & power point.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 60000 (Monthly)
