∎ Skills Required: 3rd party Inspection face, Able to work under pressure, MASK, PPE and gloves manufacturing.

∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Purpose of this position is to take strategic and functional responsibilities for production management system as a Production Manager to lead the production team to carry out all production related work. You should ensure the manufacturing process run reliably and efficiently. Should implement and ensure quality management system driven production process.
∎ Job Location: Factory, Chittagong Road, Narayanganj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation.
∎ Report Management about daily & total production status according to order and style.
∎ To prepare production schedule in collaboration.
∎ To monitor and control all production process in sewing, cutting & finishing section and also to monitor production target every hour of a day.
∎ To build up the communication of the department.
∎ Ensure Target Production Compare to Plan. Ensure Quality Production as Required.
∎ Cost Reduction through Process Development.
∎ Ensure minimum Water, Steam, Air and Electricity Consumption.
∎ To conduct training of new or existing employees if needed.
∎ Supervises employees in the every steps of manufacturing of product to ensure safety, quality & productivity.
∎ Additional responsibility to maintain the following parameters for providing necessary assistance of compliance in his working area:
∎ Work closely in the Environmental Health and Safety aspects to ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for our employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrated strong leadership, team building and advanced coaching skills.
∎ Strong Organization and planning skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ 2 to 3 years' experience in same position, MASK, PPE and gloves manufacturing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ MASK, PPE and gloves products manufacturing factory, Textile industries.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
