Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement weekly and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels
- Monitor day-to-day production activities and ensure alignment with established plans
- Supervise and lead the production team, including operators, technicians, and team leaders
- Track team performance and conduct regular evaluations with constructive feedback
- Foster a safe, disciplined, and productive work environment
- Implement and enforce quality control standards across the entire production process
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with procurement for timely restocking
- Maintain accurate records of material usage, stock levels, and wastage
- Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and maintain safety inspection records
- Communicate directly with clients for custom orders and special production requirements
- Participate in weekly and monthly production meetings to review progress and resolve challenges
