∎ Graduate / Master in Food Engineering & Technology from Public / Top Ranking Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to preset goals.
∎ Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and upgrade & maintain quality standards.
∎ Responsible for preparing production plan and execute accordingly with the consent of the factory management.
∎ Responsible for submitting periodically raw materials collection and Finished Products making & reserve status report to the Top management with a copy to the concerned officials.
∎ To liaise with the sales and marketing division (HCSM) to develop and implement strategies for driving sales of newly introduced or seasonal products.
∎ Develop & implementation of production schedule that meets need of marketing team and ensures safety stock of raw materials, Packaging Materials & finished goods to meet the market demand & make sure proper & timely distribution process as per indent of HCSM.
∎ Prepare Periodical storage, physical distribution & movement plan as per production plan.
∎ Prepare daily labor performance report and plant utilization report and submit to CFO.
∎ To control the wastage % of the factory to a minimum level.
∎ In connection with HRD, make a general guideline (Compliances) in order to achieving congenial & good working atmosphere, positive & productive working relationship amongst all concern employees & Department.
∎ Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
∎ Establish and enforce company policies as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety procedures for staffs.
∎ Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
∎ To provide a clear sense of direction in Production Operation.
∎ Stay & keep up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts
∎ Prepare & implement monthly & yearly production plan and budget to communicate with Sales & Marketing Division.
∎ Ensure that the entire SOP's of managerial & operational activities, as well as internal and external stakeholders, are being followed & take actions if any ferocity is found.
∎ Achieve optimum employee levels with least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan.
∎ To monitor and supervise sales order, purchase and stock of raw materials in a timely manner.
∎ Work closely with QC Team to review product consistency while monitoring to determine trends and areas of improvement.
∎ Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets.
∎ To ensure that employees follow the company standards, policies and strategies.
∎ Maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program, including all timely communication.
∎ To identify and monitor equipment repair and maintenance works promptly.
∎ To address and monitor operational, technical and mechanical issues in time.
∎ Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment.
∎ Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
∎ Plan and assign daily job duties to workers & Technical staff.
∎ Coordinate all administrative and documentation functions of factory.
∎ Should have sound knowledge to maintaining quality control, development & innovation of Backers & snacks Item.
∎ Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the Factory.
∎ Able to formulate Production SOP as well as ISO, GMP standard implementation for factory plant.
∎ To ensure quality parameters at every step of production line regularly.
∎ Monitor production to ensure that they meet desire production standard.
∎ Planning and organizing Production schedules, to oversee & Managing Food safety from raw materials to finished product by implement & strictly following Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Method.
∎ Quality & SOP support with an aggressive and proactive Leading attitude.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 12-15 years working experience in the field of Food & Beverage Industry /FMCG where minimum 3 years as Production Manager.
∎ Excellent communication & Team skills.
∎ Supervising and managing the work of subordinates Officer & staffs.
∎ Demonstrable experience in developing product standard and production plans.
∎ Strong understanding of production and measures of performance.
∎ Familiarity with factory compliances and pragmatic management based best practices.
∎ Good knowledge of Industrial Standards and Safety Norms and process operation of plant.
∎ Pleasant personality & able to lead Production team.
∎ Good team player, well organized, has initiative, and detail-oriented.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Presentation, and ERP etc
