∎ A well-reputed Garments Accessories factory (Main Products: Jacquard, Twill Tape , Elastic, Drawstring etc)
∎ We are looking for a ` production manager , who will responsible for the execution of all production work of converting inputs into outputs as per buyer`s instructions. He delivers goods on a designated shipment date. He is responsible for production . He generally reports to the factory manager or managing director for his duties.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The production manager receives the order plan and order sheet from the senior authorities.
∎ PM will prepare Garments Accessories production plans daily weekly, monthly basis.
∎ PM will receive material status against each order and will monitor the progress of material received.
∎ PM will receive an approved sample, swatch card against the order sheet.
∎ PM ensures that Garments production lines are properly balanced for target output.
∎ PM coordinates with the quality manager so that defective or faulty goods are not produced.
∎ PM ensures that the floor, machinery is neat and clean.
∎ As a leader, he inspires unites employees for better works, better motivation.
∎ He organizes pre-production meetings or pre-production activities to discuss related issues.
∎ He monitor daily, monthly target so that the production target achieved as per plan.
∎ He find out line problems from production monitoring board and give solution.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of production wastage like rejection, alteration, overcutting, overproduction, and extra hours of work.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments accessories, accessories manufacturer
∎ Candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be a hard worker and should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate should have mental preparation to work under pressure and even after office break.
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ computer knowledge with MS Office programs
