Job Summary:
The Production Manager – Frozen Food will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations of frozen food items including nuggets, sausages, paratha, singara, samosa, and other products. The role ensures efficient production flow, product quality, hygiene, food safety compliance, and achievement of production targets while optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily frozen food production operations (nuggets, sausages, paratha, singara, samosa, etc.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO)
Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet targets
Supervise and manage factory workers and production teams
Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage
Ensure proper operation, usage, and maintenance of production machinery
Coordinate with QA/QC and supply chain departments
Maintain production reports and documentation
