Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Manufacturing, Shoe Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve set target of production/day.
∎ To ensure quality of product(Shoes)as per buyer requirements.
∎ To manage all production related and Administration related affairs of the factory.
∎ To prepare and achieve daily,weekly and monthly production plan.
∎ To get work done from workers and suppliers within the set time frame.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have proven experience in the similar position from any other reputed footwear manufacturing/Garment manufacturing company.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Strong leadership and people management skill.

Salary: Negotiable
