Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Sewing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pro-active, positive mentality, team player, with Yes attitude.
∎ To ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of machine and skilled operatives.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ Should have overall management experience and IE based production knowledge.
∎ Should be able to do machine layout, time & motion study etc.
∎ Analyse and assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before line feeding.
∎ Coordinate with concern department and follow up to reduce downtime.
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Manage and direct activities friendly to improve productivity of the production unit.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
