∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to follow up 13 Sewing Lines in the factory.
∎ Should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance.
∎ Achieve daily targets according to production plan.
∎ Capability to prepare Floor plans as per shipment schedules.
∎ Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve production quantities.
∎ Prepare production schedule in collaboration with the Planning department.
∎ Ability to handle production process efficiently with planning with optimum quality.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of production quality in order to run a cohesive operation with quality department.
∎ Regular reporting of production status to the senior management to strategize future plans.
∎ Ensure good quality product with the help of Quality department
∎ Maintain Finished Good Stock
∎ Checking & looking after different types of Bill for the factory (Food, Tiffin, Conveyance, Labor, Contractor, Night bill)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
