∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry, Diploma in Engineering in Chemical Technical/Engineering
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, execute, manage, report and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production.
∎ Co-coordinating with supporting department : QC IPQC, Maintenance, Delivery, Admin, Security and other supporting personnel.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of every aspect of the plant including machinery health, proper utility support, proper RM PM and FG allocation and maintain proper supply and demand, Indoor and outdoor structure health and so on.
∎ Provide shift in-charge’s proper support.
∎ Manage primary HR works for the plant.
∎ Responsible for future plant extensions.
∎ Continuously keep increasing process efficiency and source new method/machines to increase production and productivity.
∎ Arrange proper training to any personnel when needed.
