Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute production based on forecasts and targets.
∎ Ensure smooth operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Optimize machine utilization and monitor key production parameters.
∎ Lead and manage the production team for daily operations.
∎ Identify and resolve production challenges efficiently.
∎ Maintain accurate production reports and submit them to management.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following 5S, Kaizen, Clita, and SIM methodologies.
∎ Track employee attendance and optimize workforce productivity.
∎ Participate in departmental meetings and training programs
