Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute production plans to meet demand forecasts and deadlines.
∎ Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal production output.
∎ Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to address changes in demand or supply.
∎ Implement and maintain strict quality control processes to ensure that all cosmetic products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize production downtime.
∎ Work closely with Research and Development teams to introduce new color formulations, product innovations, and improved manufacturing methods.
