∎ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
∎ Educational qualification is relaxable for experienced persons

∎ Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning and operational optimization.

∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvements.
∎ Familiarity with quality management systems and safety regulations.

∎ Proven track record of managing large teams in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and lead factory establishment-related works.
∎ Monitor and update project plans, ensuring alignment with schedules (e.g., Gantt charts).
∎ Liaise with respective authorities to obtain factory licenses and allocate resources efficiently.
∎ Provide necessary project-related information to ensure clarity on roles, responsibilities, and success criteria.
∎ Documentation & Client Coordination:
∎ Manage project plans, issue lists, and supporting documents to align client expectations and achieve milestones.
∎ Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize factory operations and streamline processes.
∎ Plan manpower requirements, develop organizational structures, and create factory organograms.
∎ Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment and training of factory workers/operators.
∎ Collaborate with production and quality teams to execute optimal production processes.
∎ Increase production capacity, enhance flexibility, and minimize waste while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Ensure all factory machinery is in proper working condition with support from the maintenance team.
∎ Production Planning:
∎ Prepare and submit production planning reports and shift schedules to decision-makers.
∎ Develop systems to track and optimize productivity, standards, KPIs, and metrics to maximize growth and ROI.
∎ Communication & Coordination:
∎ Coordinate meetings with higher management and factory teams, prepare schedules, and document meeting minutes.
∎ Commit to and enforce plant safety procedures.
∎ Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management to support operational goals.
