Commercial/ Purchase, Communication, Documentation, Merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Export Documentation- Sales Contract, L/C Formalities, Pro forma Invoice, Job Order, Commercial Invoice, Packing & Weight List, Certificate Of Origin, GSP Or SAPTA, Phyto sanitary & Fumigation, Bank EXP Issue, ARV, UP, VAT, C&F documents, Bank documents, Buyer documents, bill submit in accounts, BL draft and collect, documents hand over. Capacity to work independently. Collecting Cash incentives for export.
∎ Prepare Monthly/Periodical/Annual Export Statement, Support banking formalities, Maintain liaison with export related trade bodies, Shipping line and C & F agent selection with best competitive rate.
∎ Logistics Support & Office maintenance.
∎ Documents, License renewal & application with relative organisations & bodies.
∎ Draft writing independently both in English & Bengali. Ability to work under pressure and teamwork as well.
∎ Perform other such duties and responsibilities that will be assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have at least 5 years experience in commercial department for exporting sports shoes, leather shoes, leather bags and other leather products.
Salary: Negotiable
