• Oversee the design, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.
• Evaluate, procure, and oversee the installation of production machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Introduce advanced manufacturing technologies and automation to improve production capabilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, supply chain and global manufacturing and R&D team to align engineering solutions with production demands.
• Lead process audits and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for senior management.
• Use insights from data to make informed decisions on process modifications and engineering projects.
