Responsibilities & Context:
EC Organic Products Limited (a subsidiary of East Coast Group) is seeking a competent candidate for the position of Production Engineer- who will be responsible for the following tasks:
Supervise daily operations of the oil filling and packaging line.
Ensure production targets are met with efficiency, safety, and quality.
Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate maintenance activities.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize losses/spillage.
Maintain production records and support process improvements.
Work closely with QC, warehouse, and supply chain teams for smooth operation.
